Rafał is a programmer and he came to us because he wanted to work on his attitude and efficiency. A dozen or so hours a day in a sitting position had a negative effect on his posture. Rafał did not have any experience in strength training, so the beginning of the cooperation focused on building appropriate movement patterns, and then on turning on functional strength exercises.
After a year of time, we have a better posture, greater fitness, a much more athletic figure and ... all the shirts a bit too tight;)
We are all the more pleased that Rafał recently admitted. that when he started working with us, he thought that he would have strength and enthusiasm for a month at most. As you can see, a well-structured training process and the effects that follow it can have a very strong influence on the motivation to exercise

Paweł came to us a few months before his 40th birthday, when he set himself a very ambitious goal for that time to finish the first triathlon.
Very ambitious, because as you can see in the picture on the left, the form at the beginning was ... just ... bad.
Was it hard in the beginning? Definitely yes! Were there any moments of fatigue? Sure! However, thanks to determination and hard work, we managed to achieve the intended goal, while shedding 20 kilograms!

Damian is another example that you don't have to be in shape to start, but you have to start to be in shape. The first meetings are a clash with brutal reality, which showed both the lack of condition and the lack of strength. Just a few push-ups were a challenge, and pull-ups were completely unreal.
And what did Damian do? He did not give up, but the maniac stubbornly appeared in the classes, followed all the guidelines and gradually increased his efficiency. Now he has to put weight on the push-ups, and pull-ups are no problem at all.
