pregnancy

Prophylaxis in pregnant women and in the puerperium is also of particular importance to me. More and more pregnant women are asking me to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles, as well as symptoms of urinary incontinence or back pain. Together, we can prepare your body for the big challenge of childbirth.

Postpartum therapy focuses primarily on the regeneration of the body and a less painful and faster return to everyday life after childbirth.

Do not worry! You can rely on my experience as I employ appropriate manual therapy techniques, most of which are painless or with little discomfort. All exercises are individually adapted to each patient, and repeating them at home will not be difficult for you. The most important thing is your regularity and regularity - I will take care of the rest.
