The training session lasts 60 minutes, and the number of trainings per week depends on your preferences.
We guarantee a professional and intimate atmosphere, because it is up to you where the training will take place. You have several options to choose from:
personal training at your home - a little space is enough, I will take care of the basic equipment
outdoor training? If you do not like being in crowded gyms, opt for outdoor training, which mainly involves the use of resistance bands and your own body weight
training in a fitness club for supporters of traditional solutions
